By booking a service or visiting Kona Love Thai Spa, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep the experience safe, predictable and respectful for everyone in the spa.

  1. Booking Policy

    Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team via call, WhatsApp or email. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session.

  2. Cancellation

    Plans change — we get it. Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

  3. Conduct

    Our spa is a calm, professional space. Guests are expected to treat therapists and staff with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the session ending immediately, with no refund.

  4. Pricing

    All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless noted. We may adjust pricing from time to time; the rate confirmed at booking is the rate you pay.

  5. Liability

    Please share any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy with your therapist before the session. While our therapists are trained professionals, Kona Love Thai Spa is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
